White pumpkin/Poosanikkai - 300gms
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Palm jaggery – 3 tsp (As per taste)
- Remove the skin and seeds from the pumpkin. Cut it into bite size pieces.
- Pour the pumpkin pieces in a blender.
- Add some cup of water into it.
- Blend until it smooth. Use the strainer to extract as juice.
- Then add 3tsp of palm jagger, it helps to make the drink sweeter.
- Atlast, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Enjoy the Hygeinic-pumkin drink.
